II. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
Estudio Test provides professional 3D architectural visualization services, including:

  • Exterior renderings

  • Interior renderings

  • 3D modeling

  • Architectural animations

  • Marketing visualization materials

The scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for each project will be defined in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Project Scope and Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as specified in the proposal.Significant design changes, scope expansions, or additional revision rounds may result in additional fees.Requests made after final approval may be treated as a new project phase.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information

  • Ensure they hold the necessary rights to any materials submitted

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals

Delays in communication or incomplete information may impact delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice.Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of high-resolution files

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

No usage rights are granted until full payment has been received.Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Intellectual Property
All renderings, models, animations, and related materials produced by Estudio Test remain the exclusive intellectual property rights of the Company until full payment has been received.Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.The Client may not resell the materials, transfer them to third parties for unrelated use, or claim authorship of the work.Estudio Test reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless a signed confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability
All visualizations are artistic and conceptual representations intended for marketing purposes.Estudio Test is not responsible for construction inaccuracies, engineering decisions, regulatory compliance, or technical interpretations made based on visual materials.To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.Under no circumstances shall Estudio Test be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing.In the event of cancellation by the Client, all completed work and work in progress up to the termination date shall be invoiced and payable.Deposits are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
