II. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
Estudio Test provides professional 3D architectural visualization services, including:

  • Exterior renderings

  • Interior renderings

  • 3D modeling

  • Architectural animations

  • Marketing visualization materials

The scope of services will be defined in each project proposal, estimate, or written agreement.

2. Project Scope and Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as specified in the proposal.Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included.Significant design changes, scope expansions, or additional revisions may incur additional fees.Changes requested after final approval may be considered a new project phase.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information

  • Ensure they hold rights to submitted materials

  • Provide timely feedback

  • Delays in feedback or information may affect delivery timelines

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or invoice.Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Final deliverables are released upon full payment

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property
All renderings, models, and animations produced by Estudio Test remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.Estudio Test reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a signed confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability
All visualizations are artistic and conceptual representations intended for marketing purposes.Estudio Test is not responsible for:

  • Construction inaccuracies

  • Engineering errors

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Technical decisions made based on visual materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing.The Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
Deposits are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
